In most cases, your insurance will still cover your visits. Some plans, such as Medicare or certain HMO plans, may require a referral.

If we are out of network with your insurance, you can still receive care with us. The cost is $175 per visit, due at the time of service.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing or athletic wear that you can move easily in. You’re also welcome to bring a change of clothes if that’s more convenient.
For footwear, we recommend comfortable, closed-toe shoes, such as sneakers.

Internal techniques are sometimes used in pelvic floor therapy, but they are never required. Everything is explained beforehand, and your comfort is always the priority. You are in control every step of the way.
