Deductible
This is the amount you pay out of pocket each year before your insurance begins to cover services. If you have not met your deductible yet, you may be responsible for the full cost of your visits until it is met.

Copay
A copay is a fixed amount you pay for each visit, as determined by your insurance plan.

Coinsurance
Coinsurance is a percentage of the cost of each visit that you are responsible for after your deductible has been met. For example, you may pay 10–30% of the visit cost, and your insurance covers the rest.
